Our Suppliers

At the Forge Restaurant we pride ourselves on the use of Irish and, where possible, locally sourced produce for our menus. We give the assurance that our beef, lamb, pork, chicken and eggs are 100% Irish, and this is backed up with a full traceability plan. We also insist that our in-season vegetables are Irish and, again, local where possible. We wholeheartedly reject the use of genetically modified products and ensure that no traces of such products are used in this establishment
